Allison Polk, who moonlights as a graphic design-wannabe, has designed both of my headers — on this site and on my Yankees blog site.
This header reflects my love for history and has a historical feel to it. The leaf in my “wax stamp” is a Rowan leaf, abundant in Ireland and part of the Celtic horoscope. I was born on January 28 and the Rowan is a symbol of my Celtic heritage.
